What we did

From legacy to modern, without missing an email

  1. Designed around their brand

    Kept their original emblem and colors, with bright photography and big, friendly buttons for parents on phones.

  2. Connected their calendar and email

    Tour booking reads the center’s calendar, staff approve requests with one click, and families receive a calendar invite from the center.

  3. Linked their enrollment system

    Every “Enroll/Join Waitlist” button goes straight to their online enrollment page.

  4. Added an AI assistant and holiday calendar

    “Ask CKA” answers parents and job seekers from the center’s real information, including every holiday closure.

  5. Moved the domain safely

    Copied every email record first, switched the domain to the new host, then set up email signing (DKIM) so the center’s emails reach inboxes.
