What our fees include

Our package price covers designing, building and launching your website as described in your proposal and agreement, plus fixing defects reported within 30 days after launch. An optional care plan covers upkeep and quick updates for a monthly fee. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before work begins.

Fully managed plan

The optional Fully managed plan is billed yearly in advance and includes up to 24 hours of updates, changes and support in each plan year (the number of hours is set in your agreement), plus everything in the care plan. Time is tracked in 15-minute steps. Unused hours don’t carry over. Extra time is done only with your approval, at our standard hourly rate or a quote. The plan renews each year unless either side gives 30 days’ written notice before the renewal date.

Website hosting is free

Your website runs on hosting with a free plan. If your site’s traffic ever needs a paid upgrade, we’ll tell you before anything changes, and the account stays in your center’s name.

Third-party services are your center’s responsibility

Some features rely on services from other companies, for example AI usage credits for the AI assistant, business email, your domain name renewal, enrollment or child care management software, text messaging, analytics tools, and advertising. These services:

• are opened and kept in your center’s own name;
• are billed by those providers directly to your center, including any usage, renewal or advertising fees and taxes;
• are not included in JM Creative’s fees, and we don’t resell or mark them up;
• follow their own terms, privacy policies and prices, which can change at any time.

JM Creative isn’t responsible for third-party outages, price or policy changes, how they handle data, or charges on your accounts. Cost figures on this site are estimates for planning only.

Launch timelines

Essentials sites launch in fewer than seven (7) calendar days, Growth sites within seven (7) calendar days, and Complete sites within ten (10) to twenty (20) calendar days depending on the third-party services that must be set up. The clock starts after we receive your signed agreement, deposit and materials (logo, photos, center details and access to the accounts your features need). Delays in materials, approvals or account access extend the date by the same amount of time.

AI assistant

The AI assistant answers from information your center approves, but AI can make mistakes. It isn’t a substitute for your staff and must never be relied on for emergencies, medical, legal or safety matters. Your center is responsible for keeping its information accurate and for supervising the assistant’s use. AI usage credits are billed separately.

Web addresses (domains)

New domains are registered in your center’s name, and the yearly registration fee is paid to the registrar. The availability shown in the site designer is checked against public registry records when you search and is a guide only; it’s confirmed when the domain is registered, and some names carry a higher “premium” price.

Marketing and search results

We set up search, reviews, analytics and advertising features using recognized best practices. Search rankings, map placement, reviews, ad performance, inquiries and enrollment depend on factors outside our control and aren’t guaranteed.

Your content and ownership

Your center is responsible for the accuracy of its content (hours, programs, policies, licensing and rating details) and for having permission to use the logos, photos and reviews it provides. Once all fees are paid, your center owns its content, domain and website as delivered.

How this website handles your information

• Forms: when you request a demo or send a design, we receive the details you enter and use them only to follow up with you.
• License check: to keep out spam and make sure requests come from real centers, the site designer and request form look up your center in your state’s public child care licensing records using the license number you enter. We confirm every request with the center before starting work. For family child care homes we never show a street address or the operator’s name.
• Campaign tags: if you arrived from one of our ads or emails, the link’s campaign tags are kept for your visit and sent with your form, so we know which campaign reached you.
• Approximate location: we use your approximate city and state (based on your connection) to show local wording. It isn’t stored unless you include it in a form.
• We don’t use advertising cookies or sell your information.
